BAM! Autograph Policy

BAM! Autographs is a monthly subscription service offering mystery autographed 8x10 photographs in the Geek, Horror, Anime, and Sports categories. We also offer the same subscription service for autographed Funko POPs as well as Sports jerseys! Simply purchase the subscription box you would love to have and you’ll be signed up to receive one autographed item per month in the category you selected! In addition to our subscription service, we also offer one-off sales that can be purchased outright. These can include mystery box sales or one-off autographed memorabilia items. 

Each autographed item we sell comes with guaranteed authentication from one of the industry’s top reputable authentication companies (Beckett, JSA, PSA, etc.). Items may also be authenticated with an official BAM! Autographs hologram from verified signings we do. Your item will either include just a tamper proof hologram or a tamper proof hologram and a certificate of authenticity, but should never be missing the hologram.

Acceptable methods of payment for our subscription service include: Credit/Debit card, PayPal, Shop Pay, Google Pay, Venmo, and payment installments through Affirm.

Subscription Contract

By purchasing any subscription, you acknowledge that your subscription has an initial and recurring payment feature and you accept responsibility for all recurring charges prior to cancellation. Your subscription will be automatically extended for successive periods, at the then-current subscription rate. To cancel your subscription at any time, you must do the following at least 48 hours prior to your next scheduled renewal date to avoid charge: Update your user account at Your renewal date will be the 1st of the month in which you expect to receive the box. If you cancel, you may use your subscription until the end of your then-current subscription term. BAM! Autographs may submit periodic charges (E.G., Monthly) without further authorization from you, until you provide prior notice that you have terminated this authorization or wish to change your payment method within the 48 hour notice requirement. If you cancel your subscription, you will not be eligible for a prorated refund of any portion of the subscription fee paid for the then-current subscription period. We reserve the right to revoke your subscription at any time. Returns with the request of a refund will be refunded the paid for subscription cost minus the shipping and is at the discretion of customer support. Membership void where prohibited by law.


Subscriptions are renewed on the 1st of each month and we do our best to process and ship all boxes by the 15th of the month. At times, forces beyond our control may cause shipments to be delayed but in the event that this happens we will be sure to send out a notification to make customers aware. As soon as your order ships we will provide you with an email confirmation including the tracking number to the email address registered with your account.

Shipping cost will be calculated at checkout. We use Fedex, USPS, and on occasion DHL to ship orders via ground. The carrier chosen is up to the sole discretion of BAM! Autographs. We currently do not offer international shipping services.

If a change needs to be made to your address after an order has been placed, please contact customer support at immediately to request a change to the address and we will do our best to accommodate the change. If an order has already been shipped, please reach out to the carrier directly with the tracking number provided in your confirmation email.


Due to the collectible nature of our product, all sales are final. If for any reason you received the incorrect item or a product arrived damaged, please contact us at within 7 days of your order being delivered for assistance.

All items must be returned in the same condition in which you received them. Approved refunds will be provided back to the original payment method used to place the order. If you have a concern or issue with your order/account, please notify us within 30 days of the issue occurring.


In the event that you have an issue with your order, the best way to rectify the matter will be to contact customer support at so that we can resolve the problem with you. However, if you decide to dispute a given charge, please note that this must be done within 30-60 days of placing your order. Our team will review the concern and do our best to resolve the situation with you.
