Payment

What payment methods do you accept?

Acceptable methods of payment for BAM! Autographs include: Credit/Debit card, PayPal, Shop Pay, Google Pay, Venmo, and payment installments through Affirm.

How do I update my payment method?

You can update this information from your customer portal. When logged in, you will see your subscription details and then a section titled "billing". Click "edit" next to billing to update your method of payment. 

 

Ordering and delivery

Can I place an order without creating an account?

Yes. You can place an order as a guest with no obligation to create an account. At checkout, we will ask for your email address so that we can send you your order confirmation and tracking details. You will have the option to use this email address to login to bamautographs.com in the future where you will be able to view your order history. 

Where is my order confirmation?

This is automatically sent to your email address when you place an order. If you haven’t received your order confirmation within 24 hours, please get in touch at support@bamautographs.com just in case there’s a problem with your order. Please check your mailbox’s spam or junk folder before contacting in case the order confirmation has been diverted there.

How do I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel your subscription at any time through your customer portal. Simply login to bamautographs.com with your registered email address. From there you can view your subscription details and cancel. Please note that if you cancel after the renewal date on the first of the month, that month's order will still be processed and shipped to you. Your subscription will be canceled moving forward.  

When will my subscription ship?

Subscription boxes renew on the first of every month. From there, we will do our best to get orders shipped out by the 15th of the month. As soon as your order ships we will send you an email confirmation with the tracking number!

Do you ship internationally?

We do currently offer international shipping via USPS. If you have any concerns about shipping to your location, please email us at support@bamautographs.com and we'll be happy to look into it further for you.

How much is shipping?

We charge $9.99 to ship our subscription boxes. For additional items in your order, or one off purchases, shipping will be calculated at checkout based on your shipping address.

Can I track my order?

Absolutely! You will receive an email as soon as your order has shipped and we will provide you with tracking details there. This information can also be viewed from your customer portal so that you can keep track of your orders.

How do I update my shipping address?

You can change your address from your customer portal at any time. If your renewal date has already passed, please contact customer support at support@bamautographs.com to ensure the address was successfully updated prior to us shipping your order.

Returns

Can I return or exchange the item I received in my subscription?

Due to the nature of our mystery style product, we do not offer exchanges, returns, refunds, or credits for dissatisfaction with box items. However, we do have a trading community for swapping items. Visit thebambox.com/community to explore trading options.

How do I return an item?

All returns must be approved by our customer support team prior to being sent back. If a return has been approved, our team will provide you with a return shipping label in order to return the item to us. Please contact us at support@bamautographs.com if you believe a return is in order.

My order has arrived but it’s not as I expected. What can I do?

In the rare event that an item in your order is missing, incorrect, or damaged, please reach out to us at support@bamautographs.com within 7 days for assitance. We will do our best to replace the item or work with you in an effort to explore alternative solutions.

If you have a concern or issue with your order/account, please notify us within 30 days of the issue occurring.

Misc.

Can I gift my subscription?

Yes! You absolutely can. We offer our customers the ability to gift their subscriptions if they wish to. This feature can be found within the skip function from your customer portal.

Is there a minimum subscription period?

No. We want our customers to be confident with their purchases. If you aren’t completely satisfied with your product, you can cancel your subscription at any time.

Can I pause my subscription?

Yes. You can Pause or Skip your subscription within the customer portal.

Who can I reach out to for assistance with managing my subscription?

We are here to help! Reach out to us via email at support@bamautographs.com and a member of our customer support team will respond to you within 2 business days.

How does the subscription program work?

When you “subscribe and save”, your order will be set up to renew on a recurring basis the first of every month. You can purchase a subscription box at any time during the month and then your subscription will renew automatically on the first of every month (PST Timezone) moving forward.

What's the difference between Subscribe + Save and One-Time Purchase?

One of the best things about our BAM! Autographs boxes are how many ways they can be purchased. We like to keep things flexible.

Subscribe + Save: Get a discount on your favorite products when you sign up for the subscription option. This way, you’ll get to look forward to a brand new box every month and you will NEVER pay full price again.


One-Time Purchase: Try your favorite BAM! Autographs products through one-time purchase(s). If you’re satisfied with your purchase and want to take advantage of greater savings, you can conveniently subscribe and save through our website.

What products are included in the subscription program?

Any product available in our autograph subscription section is eligible for the program. The subscribe + save option will indicate that an item qualifies for the subscription service. All other products are eligible for one time purchases.

How do I know my autograph is authentic?

We take great care to guaruntee that each autographed product we sell is 100% authentic. Each signed item will come with a tamper proof hologram from one of the industry's leading authentication companies (Beckett, PSA, JSA, etc.). You can verify your autograph by visiting the company's website and looking your hologram number up in their database.
